Since 2014, I have worked as an independent consultant and coach, particularly in the fields of strategy development and organisational change.

​

Before moving to consultancy, I held various international top management positions in FMCG groups. In these corporate roles, I led company acquisitions, mergers, international strategy and business development, and, of course, the associated cultural changes and adaptation processes. 

​

As a consultant, I combine my senior management experiences with the perspective of a systemic consultant who develops relevant intervention strategies that will enable change in the system. 

​

My consulting and coaching style is pragmatic and results-oriented. I accompany my client in a partnership relationship as a facilitator, inspirer, inquirer, and honest reflector.

​

My clients are top executives, company owners and entrepreneurs as well as middle management employees.

Some relevant projects

1. Cultural change of a marketing department into an agile and customer-focused environment after an acquisition.

2. I took over a highly traditional and "old-fashioned" subsidiary of a German consumer goods coorperation and developed it into a forward thinking, highly flexible, and successful organization that empowered its managers.

​

3.  During the acquisition of two companies and their merger into an existing business, I led the creation of a modern corporate culture that did not negate the cultural backgrounds of the various entities but brought together their strengths to create a culturally diverse but alike-thinking organization.  

​

4. During the acquisition of a €230 million family-owned company, I spearheaded its integration into an international group. I worked with the management team to adapt the culture and structure to a globally operating company ready to reach its expansion goals.
